Migration Specialist (Remote - US Based)

Job Summary: 
We’re looking for a driven and personable Migration Specialist to join our team. In this sales-focused, client-facing role, you’ll introduce prospective customers to our pet services software, lead product demos, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience post-purchase. While the core focus is on sales and onboarding, this role offers the opportunity to evolve into broader client relationships or success functions over time, so a customer success background is a plus! 

Responsibilities: 

• Proactively engage in outreach efforts to promote our software to prospective clients 
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight our software’s features, benefits, and value 
• Guide new clients through post-sale onboarding and training to ensure a smooth and confident start 
• Promote adoption of our integrated payment processing solutions 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for up to 6 months post-launch to support long-term success, retention, and satisfaction 
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support client goals and identify opportunities for deeper product adoption or account expansion 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of sales experience in a tech-based environment; customer success experience is a plus 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – Able to assess situations, make informed decisions, and adapt to challenges 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure positive outcomes 
• Self-sufficiency and attention to detail – Able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently with a high level of accuracy 
• Goal-oriented and resilient – Driven to meet sales targets, comfortable handling objections, and persistent in following up with leads 
• Empathy and client-focus – Understands client needs and creates a supportive onboarding and adoption experience 
• Coachable and curious – Open to feedback and eager to grow skills and product knowledge 
• Technical proficiency – Quick to learn and navigate modern software tools

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

US Remote:$50-55,000 USD per year
