Job description

We’re Jiffy. We launched over a decade ago with a simple mission: use tech to combine an unparalleled level of customer service with the fastest delivery in the blank apparel, direct-to-film transfer, and custom apparel industries.

We’re more than a T-Shirt company; we’re a support system for the creator + creator economy, home hobbyist, the small business owner, and more. Today, we help millions of small businesses build their vision from scratch. And we’re hiring!

Our multicultural and multinational team is seeking go-getters, technologists, and customer-centric individuals looking to have an impact delivering solutions for our customer base. We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking in all aspects of our operations.

The Website Merchandiser – Jiffy Blanks will manage the presentation and performance of products across our site, ensuring an engaging and intuitive shopping experience. This role is key to driving conversion, surfacing high-potential products, and delivering merchandising excellence through accurate content, UX collaboration, and cross-functional partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Content Management

  • Maintain and update product listings, attributes, pricing, and imagery with accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure new SKUs are uploaded correctly and fully optimized before launch.
  • Own the product categorization and filtering strategy to support product discovery and conversion.
  • Plan and execute seasonal collections, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and elevate high-performing products through strategic placement and bundling.

Inventory & Merchandising Strategy

  • Collaborate with Operations to align merchandising plans with real-time inventory and fulfillment data.
  • Monitor SKU performance to inform re-merchandising, promotional focus, or visibility adjustments.
  • Implement site merchandising tactics like cross-sells, upsells, and bundles to increase average order value.

Marketing & Conversion Support

  • Manage on-site content such as homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional placements.
  • Partner with digital marketing and lifecycle teams to align merchandising with campaign objectives.
  • Leverage site analytics and performance insights to refine product presentation and messaging.

UX Collaboration

  • Identify UX pain points and opportunities through site observation, data, and feedback.
  • Partner with product managers and developers to advocate for and prioritize layout or design improvements (without owning implementation).

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, or digital content management
  • Familiarity with backend website systems, PIM tools, and basic CMS platforms
  • Strong instincts for visual merchandising and user-centered design
  • Proven success executing promotional strategies and driving site performance

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for improving the customer journey
