Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to help elevate the companys digital presence through compelling social media content, graphic design, and short-form video. This role will directly support brand growth, agent visibility, and audience engagement. Content strategy, brand storytelling, agent support, and miscellaneous administrative tasks will also be part of the role, but are secondary to the core creative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create branded graphics, short-form videos (Reels), and community-oriented posts.
  • Support real estate agents with monthly content kits: templates, captions, and hashtags.
  • Train agents on best practices in personal branding and content usage.
  • Respond to reviews and engage with the online community.
  • Promote listings, open houses, and company updates through digital and print-ready content.
  • Highlight team milestones, local partnerships, and events.
  • Monitor analytics and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.
  • Assist with occasional administrative or marketing-related tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in content marketing, social media, or digital design.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Experience editing and producing social media videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of trends in digital storytelling, short-form content, and community marketing.
  • Clear, conversational written English (strong grammar, creative copywriting a plus).-
  • Comfortable working EST hours in a fast-paced team environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in real estate marketing or familiarity with real estate platforms.
  • Skills in photography or on-camera presentation.
  • Experience managing business profiles across multiple platforms.
  • Copywriting experience for captions, headlines, and micro-content.
