Job description

The Company

Our client is a MedTech Start-Up from Denmark in the Neurology / NeuroDiagnostic space with an innovative AI and ML enhanced device and an interesting business model to enter the global market and expand rapidly. 

Their product received Medical CE under MDR (European market) approval for its point of care system in 2024. As of late 2024  they have sold many devices across 6 emerging markets through distributors and sales, and performed hundreds of commercial recordings.

They are scaling across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and entering the EU market with current and future products.

For this reason, we seek a dedicated salesperson with experience in medtech and commercialization of innovative medical devices for our business development team.

The role:

  • Generate leads with key distributors that cover target markets
  • Negotiate and sign distribution agreements that drive sales of devices
  • Manage distribution relationships and orders from distributors
  • Train distributors to sell and service our system / ensure customer success
  • Build sales and usage across distribution relationships and geographies


Requirements:

  • Medtech / healthcare experience - preferably within AI / Neurology / Neurodiagnostics
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience managing global distribution networks
  • Emerging market experience a significant plus
  • Experience with business models, financial modelling, healthcare financing a plus
  • Ability to close sales to organizations is a must
  • Conference and trade fair experience
  • Willing to travel frequently to emerging markets
