The Associate Creative Director, Art (ACD, Art) will be responsible for conception and design of integrated digital advertising campaigns, managing the creative process and ensuring all work is strategically and creatively on point.
What you'll do Develops creative, strategic ideas that solve specific client marketing challengesSupports leadership of creative design team. Allocates appropriate personnel and outsource freelancers, as appropriate, for creative assignmentsWorks with Chief Creative Officer and brand teams to ensure art aligns with client strategyMaintains budget, manages hours, and works with Project Management on resource allocationDevelops creative, strategic ideas that solve specific client marketing challengesEnsures on-brand design and accurate content that aligns with the overall strategyEnsures all projects are completed on time and within budgetMonitors overall quality of agency creative output and provides direction and leadershipFosters positive relationships between creative and other agency functional areas. Encourages strong collaborative relationships with account management and other areasWill execute initial concepts through to final completionDrives team to meet deadlines and work within timelines of the art team, and ensure team stays within client budget and hoursDefines the project strategy and translates the strategy to the development of creative conceptsLeads and manages the day-to-day client relationships, budget, schedules and project deliverablesLeads creative in client meetings as requested. Performs other duties as assigned. About you Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts or equivalent area of studyMinimum 7 years of creative/creative agency management experience Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience requiredStrong customer service skills with a commitment to superior qualityMust be self-motivated, professional, detail oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skillsOutstanding creative presentation skillsComfortable working under pressure within tight deadlinesAdvanced PC or Mac experience with all Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, SketchWhat we can offer
