About the Role

Are you a software engineer excited about leveraging the latest AI advancements to drive innovation?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our SaaS platform, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and at the forefront of legal tech. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our products.

You will be hands-on daily, using emerging AI technologies such as Multimodal LLMs, RAGs & AI Agents. You will be researching, testing, and integrating the newest in AI to make a difference by innovating at the core of our platform.

As an experienced engineer, you'll be writing software while helping other members of the team share knowledge and skills with each other. Mentorship of junior team members and evangelism of the best practices in a culture of constant learning and cooperation.

You'll have the opportunity to showcase your software craftsmanship by applying modern engineering practices, such as agile development, CI/CD, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native technologies, and automated testing.

About You

While we primarily use Python, we're open to technologists from diverse backgrounds. Your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new languages is more important than prior Python experience. We value your flexibility and aptitude for picking up new technologies.

You are architecturally savvy, experienced with cloud platforms and conversant with the use of architectural patterns such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Event Sourcing or other modern paradigms.
