Job Summary

Centric Software is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives in the Cosmetics & Personal Care industry across the Americas. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven marketer with experience in the software industry, especially supporting retail or cosmetics brands.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive market expansion and new business development. Collaborating with content, digital, and sales teams, this role will focus on lead generation campaigns, events, and targeted programs that engage high-value prospects and support conversion.
Additionally, the manager will coordinate external vendors, freelancers, and agencies to ensure impactful and data-driven marketing efforts. With a strong analytical mindset and creative approach, this person will play a key role in shaping high-impact marketing programs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns by industry vertical and persona across multiple digital and offline channels (LinkedIn, media, website, etc.).
  • Organize and coordinate events including tradeshows, conferences, 3rd party webinars, and Centric-led marketing initiatives.
  • Support large account conversion by creating focused marketing programs that align with sales strategies.
  • Create marketing assets (campaign materials, collateral) in collaboration with content managers and copywriters.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research & competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.
  • Segment databases and ensure optimized customer outreach.
  • Manage external freelancers and agencies to deliver key marketing initiatives.
  • Track and manage budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI across marketing activities.

Required Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software industry or within a software vending company.
  • Prior exposure to retail or cosmetics brands is highly desirable.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing and automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), plus CRM experience (Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented problem solver with strong strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong team-first attitude.
  • Language skills: English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
