Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible scheduling during daytime hours (EST – New York Time)
Total Working Hours per Week: 15 hours

Working directly with the founder, you’ll play a key role in crafting compelling visual narratives for an exclusive client portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the visual identity and marketing presence of distinguished brands across various industries. You’ll collaborate with the company founder to transform strategic ideas into polished marketing materials—ranging from email campaigns to luxury brochures. This role offers a perfect balance of creative autonomy and structured direction, enabling you to showcase your design expertise while contributing to impactful marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities
  • Design and execute visually compelling email marketing campaigns

  • Curate and optimize imagery to align with brand aesthetics and messaging

  • Create premium print collateral, including product brochures, sales pieces, and promotional materials

  • Develop infographics and digital assets that elevate client messaging

  • Update website content using established templates while preserving design integrity

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various high-profile client accounts

  • Offer creative input to improve existing marketing materials and templates

  • Work closely with the founder to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards


Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Strong design judgment and ability to make independent creative decisions

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and template customization

  • A strong portfolio showcasing work across both digital and print media

  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to understand client goals

  • Self-starter with excellent initiative and project management abilities

  • Experience with CMS platforms and basic website updates

  • Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours

  • Comfortable with remote work and regular video collaboration

  • Ability to meet quick turnaround deadlines while maintaining design quality
