  • Part-time initially (potential for full-time), US business hours - Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm CDT

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Controller to join our client’s dynamic team, working directly with their CFO to strengthen and optimize accounting operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in US accounting practices while working with a detail-oriented team that values precision and accuracy. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining high accounting standards and ensuring audit-ready financials, making a direct impact on the firm’s success. Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations using QuickBooks
  • Implement and maintain robust accounting procedures for both cash and accrual methods
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Establish and maintain audit-ready documentation systems
  • Collaborate directly with CFO on financial strategy and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and financial procedures

  • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of both cash and accrual accounting methods
