Monitor and resolve insurance claim issues
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Experience in medical/dental billing preferred
Knowledge of insurance verification processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities in both languages
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
Must be available to work US Central Time zone hours (9am-5pm)
Ability to work alternating Saturdays with rotating Tuesday/Thursday off
