Job Description

As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you’ll manage crucial client processing operations using industry-leading software solutions including Xero, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. This position offers the perfect blend of technical skills and client service, allowing you to showcase your attention to detail while supporting educational excellence. Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accurate client records using modern CRM systems
  • Handle client communications professionally through Microsoft Outlook
  • Perform precise data entry and management tasks
  • Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets for operational tracking
  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records in Xero
  • Support client relationship management with thorough documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all client information
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy in all administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize administrative processes
  • Support operational efficiency through organized record-keeping

Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in spelling and documentation
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM software and client management
  • Excellence in data entry with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines while ensuring accuracy
  • Willingness to learn new software systems, particularly Xero
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Availability to work Australian business hours
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
