Process and maintain accurate client records using modern CRM systems
Handle client communications professionally through Microsoft Outlook
Perform precise data entry and management tasks
Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets for operational tracking
Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records in Xero
Support client relationship management with thorough documentation
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all client information
Maintain high standards of accuracy in all administrative tasks
Collaborate with the team to optimize administrative processes
Support operational efficiency through organized record-keeping
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in spelling and documentation
Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Demonstrated experience with CRM software and client management

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
