Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (American Fork, Utah – Mountain Daylight Time)
Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist patients via phone with scheduling medical appointments

  • Use scheduling systems to find optimal appointment times based on patient needs

  • Accurately collect and record essential patient information while maintaining confidentiality

  • Follow established protocols to schedule appointments across various medical services

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize scheduling efficiency

  • Document all patient interactions in accordance with standardized procedures

  • Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications and data handling


Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Haitian Creole (French Creole) with a patient-focused approach

  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare scheduling preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup

  • Ability to work U.S. business hours
