  • Collaborate actively with other HR departments in Latin America.

Job description

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Administração e suporte para funcionários de nível 1 por meio do portal myHR (Workday).
  • Administração de benefícios locais para o RELX (inclusão e exclusão de assistência médica de grande e pequena escala, administração do Fundo de Poupança, compras mensais, rateios e pagamentos de contas de Vales Alimentação e Vales Combustível).
  • Pagamento a fornecedores através do GBS ou da área financeira correspondente.
  • Integração de novos funcionários para a RELX.
  • Colaboração ativa com outros departamentos de RH na América Latina.
  • Suporte ativo para a equipe de folha de pagamento da Latam.
  • Trabalhar alinhado com as diretrizes da equipe global de GPS, direcionando a atenção de acordo com os KPIs estabelecidos.
  • Conhecimento teórico dos processos e benefícios no Brasil, como suporte.

PRÉ-REQUISITOS:

  • Formação acadêmica completa em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas similares;
  • Experiência em administração de pessoal, processos admissionais e de benefícios;
  • Desejável espanhol intermediário;
  • Desejável pacote office intermediário.

Formato de trabalho: 100% remoto.
