About the Role:

The Sr. Project Manager – Enterprise Technology is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects that drive digital transformation across the enterprise. These projects may include platform migrations, system implementations, and process modernization efforts across areas such as Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales & Ops. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise technology programs, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence in high-impact environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise technology projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new platform implementations (e.g., CRM, HRIS, LegalTech, ERP).

  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, business units, vendors, and external consultants.

  • Establish project governance and communication structures to ensure transparency and accountability at the highest levels OR including senior management awareness.

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts, and drive timely resolution of issues in addition to appropriately escalating trade-offs.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including charters, schedules, status reports, and risk registers.

  • Partner with business and technology leadership to foster alignment, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive adoption of new systems and processes.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Contribute to enterprise-wide improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Complexity: Manages multi-platform, multi-stakeholder projects across departments with varying priorities and compliance needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on enterprise technology initiatives.

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects across domains such as CRM, HR, Legal, or Financial systems.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, system integration, data migration, and business process optimization.

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and change management.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to work 8-5pm Central time

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or JIRA..

  • Experience working with global teams and navigating regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary Range

$101,100.00-126,400.00
