Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant or in leisure travel and airline bookings., Native experience with SABRE and ability to perform assessments., Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills, both written and verbal., Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently..

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise and organize travel for corporate clients, both individual and group.
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, anticipating travelers' needs for additional services.
  • Organize and book national and international business travel, including flights, road travel, trains, and accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed travel policies and provide positive customer service through effective communication.

Como Consultor de Viajes, te unirás a nuestro equipo remoto altamente capacitado, brindando un servicio excepcional a nuestros clientes corporativos. Qué harás:

  • Asesorar y organizar viajes para clientes corporativos (tanto individuales como en grupo).

  • Realizar análisis e investigaciones sobre opciones de viaje y anticipar proactivamente las necesidades de los viajeros para ofrecer servicios adicionales.

  • Organizar y reservar viajes de negocios nacionales e internacionales, de diversa complejidad, por avión, carretera, tren y alojamiento.

  • Utilizar Sistemas de Distribución Global (GDS)como SABRE

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la política de viajes acordada con los clientes, las políticas de los proveedores de servicios y los requisitos normativos.

  • Utilizar técnicas positivas de atención telefónica y atender las solicitudes especiales de los clientes.

  • Colaborar con su equipo para capacitar, orientar y brindar retroalimentación constructiva para mejorar los niveles de servicio.

Que buscamos:

  • Pasión por la excelencia en el servicio al cliente, incluyendo la anticipación proactiva a sus necesidades

  • Experiencia comprobable como Consultor de Viajes de negocios, viajes de placer o reservas de aerolíneas

  • Experiencia nativa en SABRE (se realizaran evaluaciones)

  • Atención al detalle

  • Comunicación profesional (escrita y verbal)

  • Resolver los problemas de los clientes de forma rápida e independiente con el proveedor

  • Trabajo en equipo y apertura a la retroalimentación

Nuestro equipo de Atención al Viajero está disponible las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. Contamos con compañeros dedicados al turno de noche; sin embargo, le pedimos que sea flexible y cuente con disponibilidad completa incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.
