What You’ll Do
Collaborate with sales team on all facets of client relations from RFP stage to campaign completion, including but not limited to proposal submissions, overseeing campaign implementation with Ad Operations, campaign analysis/reporting, billing and reconciliation and related day-to-day account management duties
Manage clients’ daily questions, issues, and feedback, sharing with management as needed
Manage the flow of insertion orders, creative tags, and pixel requests
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Research, and Finance teams to ensure successful client on-boarding, continued client success, and annual contract renewal
Maintain strong relationships with agencies and advertisers to ensure long-term success; be able to identify growth opportunities to expand ZEFR’s level of service with each client, and partner with the sales team to develop strategies to follow through on those opportunities for key accounts
Analyze campaign and measurement data to identify performance trends, share expertise and advise clients on recommendations and new campaign ideas to generate continued results
Work with Sales and Ad Operations to ensure client satisfaction
Participate in industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of account management experience in online media agency or ad sales organization, or related
Strong analytical skills, including high level of comfort with Excel and expert understanding of advertising performance metrics
Keynote experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
Familiarity with ad serving and online ad research tools (ComScore, DCM, Nielsen NetRatings, AdRelevance) a plus
Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Intelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and work ethic

Compensation (for US Based Employees)
The anticipated base salary for this position is between $95,000 - 110,000 with an additional bonus. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
