Utilize eBilling templates and software tools such as BillBlast, Legal Tracker, CounselLink, Tymetrix360, CounselGo, Collaborati, BillingPoint, Passport, and Aderant to manage billing processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all billing submissions, approvals, and status updates across multiple systems.
Provide support for eBilling system maintenance and process improvements, assisting with updates, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
Job Requirements
2 years of eBilling experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
Familiarity with eBilling systems is required; experience with BillBlast is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus.
