Job Requirements
10-15 years of finance/accounting experience in financial or professional services, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
Expertise in QuickBooks and experience with enterprise accounting software (Sage 100, Oracle ERP, NetSuite).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
Big Four Combo CPA with corporate controller experience.
Hands-on, granular operational accounting experience in AP, AR, multi-state payroll, MEC, insurance premiums, treasury, and cash management.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Bill.com.
U.S. employment authorization required (no sponsorship available).

Job Function
Financial Operations & Oversight: Ensure accurate execution of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to meet operational needs.
Transaction Approval & Compliance: Review major financial transactions and ensure adherence to internal policies.
