What are we expecting from you?
We are seeking a Temporary-Store Planning Assistant to join our team for a 6-9 month opportunity, supporting the Store Planning Team. Reporting to the Director of Store Planning and Construction, this role will be responsible for operational support to the Store Planning team for new boutiques, renovations, relocations and minor works throughout the Americas network.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Assist Project Managers in the project RFP processes – including but not limited to issuing RFP’s, preparing Bid Leveling for Executive Architects, Millworkers, Contractors
Support project closeout tasks with Finance, General Contractors, Millworker and other Owners vendors, and organize 3D scans and professional photography for new store openings
Oversee Store Planning data base, organize & archive construction design and close out packages
Communicate and share Store Planning materials to external teams such as drawings, rendering, square footages, and other relevant files & information
Draft contracts
Prepare presentation materials for both internal and external meetings, workshops, etc.
Manage logistics for minor works projects within existing boutiques. Liaise with boutique teams to facilitate the works and coordinate with Security team during the interventions
Assist Project Managers with placing orders for Owner Supplied Materials for construction projects
Support financial analyst with gathering documents for new vendor set ups, purchase orders and invoices
