We’re currently hiring LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, and PsyDs to provide therapy in-home, via telehealth, or at our South Denver clinic. Whether you're looking to build a part-time caseload or grow into a full schedule, we tailor your role to fit your life.

Please Note: This position requires an active, independent license to practice in Colorado as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist. Applicants who have not yet completed the post-graduate supervision hours and are not fully licensed cannot be considered for this position. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to apply once licensure is achieved.

Position Overview:

As a Licensed Therapist, you'll collaborate with our Clinical Director and referral sources to offer integrated and focused mental-health services. Depending on the position specifications, your role may involve teletherapy, clinic-based sessions or delivering in-person therapy in the comfort of clients' homes.

Current Opening

Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
Start part-time (5–10 hours/week), with the option to grow
W2 Employee or 1099 Contractor – you choose
Highlands Ranch & Littleton - Face-to-face and Telemental service options available

What You Bring

Active Colorado license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
Strong sense of independence and professionalism
Willingness to collaborate and communicate with our clinical and support team
Comfort with electronic health records
Drive to deliver outstanding care and measurable results
Self-motivation and ability to maintain mutually agreed-upon client caseloads
