Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop content for training courses to fill gaps in established programs, and run complex or customized training courses to improve employee performance. Involves focusing on a specific functional area.
Support in developing, designing, and improving the curriculum, select content, assess the program and reflect, primarily in primary education.
Take part in developing and executing diverse activities for educational program evaluation.
Contribute to the management of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and research within the organization, providing high-quality professional services and a personal example to internal partners to support improved DE&I practices. Represent the organization's DE&I practices in a professional forum.
Organize own work schedule in order to get the job done, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.
Guide specific segments within coaching, implementing strategies to facilitate improvement, promoting open communication, and fostering a conducive growth environment.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in elementary or secondary education
Current Minnesota K12 Special Education teaching license
Minimum of seven (7) years of teaching experience in a K-12 education setting
This position is on a 195-day contract.

Location:
Applicants should be located near or in the counties we serve (Region 5) and be able to commute to the office and throughout the region at least 2-3 days a week for meetings and support.
