We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Director of Key Accounts with experience in strategic market leadership and sales team management. You will be part of our dynamic Sales and account management team responsible for leading a team that drives Independent dealer engagement and oversees the overall sales life cycle. You will lead a remote team, creating and executing market growth strategies, and supporting customer relationship management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in leading regional sales teams, developing sales strategies & campaigns, and managing key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have a combination of  5-7 years of proven sales and sales leadership success, with at least 3-5 years in a national or regional inside sales leadership role and a proven track record in achieving successful outcomes and supporting your team to exceed your stated collective goals.

You Will:

  • Lead and support your team in handling inbound requests and conducting product demonstrations.

  • Manage dealer communication and relationship building from initial contact to account registration.

  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet business targets and adapt to market changes.

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the VP, Inside Sales, this role will collaborate with the outside sales, enterprise, strategic accounts, sales support, and marketing team on a regular basis. You will also interact frequently with other sales leaders and product teams to drive innovation and market penetration.

Must Have’s:

  • 5-7 years experience in sales, account management, sales support, etc. 

  • 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in a national or regional role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability in sales leadership, business development, presentation skills, and strategic planning.

  • Extensive experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.

  • Excellent analytical skills to forecast market trends and team performance.

  • WIllingness to travel.

Nice to Have’s:

  • Additional certifications in sales or management.

  • Previous experience in tech-driven sales environments.

  • Ability to cater to a diverse market.

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and SaaS platforms.

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
