Position Overview

As the CMS Content Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing our WordPress content publishing workflow, ensuring that articles, educational contents are uploaded, updated, formatted, and published accurately, on-brand, and on time.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, and design teams to ensure every published page reflects our tone of voice and quality standards, while maintaining SEO best practices and editorial consistency.

This is a hands-on role focused on content implementation and quality assurance. You will also act as the final checkpoint before content goes live, ensuring structure, layout, visuals, metadata, and links are all working smoothly. You may also be involved in optimizing existing content for formatting or minor updates.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in WordPress, understands structured content management, and is obsessive about precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload, format, and publish content within WordPress (including blog posts, educational content, website content blocks, testimonials, etc.)

  • Ensure consistency across pages (headings, typography, layout spacing, imagery, links)

  • Embed multimedia components (images, infographics, videos, CTAs)

  • Apply correct categories, tags, featured images, and SEO metadata

  • Perform thorough checks before publishing: broken links, image loading, mobile responsiveness, grammar/spelling, and brand tone

  • Maintain internal content libraries (reusable blocks, templates, featured content modules)

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for scheduling, revisions, or updates

  • Track and manage content status (draft, in review, scheduled, live)

  • Support localization and fallback publishing for multiple languages
