ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

NPA is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Paid Media (Search & Social) lead to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of managing paid search budgets of over $500k per month and understands what it takes to lead and mentor a small team of direct reports. 

The Manager, Paid Media (Search & Social) will be responsible for leading small and large sized media strategy, monitoring performance, and reporting to clients. This person will also be expected to directly manage high-value client initiatives and provide strategic guidance for a team of Paid Media professionals.  

Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the United States.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES   

Reporting to Associate Director, Paid Media, the Paid Media Manager will be responsible for driving client success within their own book of business and for helping to train and mentor our junior team members across best practices for Search and Social Paid Media. You must have extensive experience with Facebook and Google Ads. 

Duties of the Manager, Paid Media (Search & Social): 

  • Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with brand and original content goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce)
  • Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics
  • Coordinate with Creative, PPC, analytics, SEO, social and web development teams
  • Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts
  • Provide clear creative direction to designers
  • Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the Account Management team and other strategic partners
  • Set up, optimize and execute paid media campaigns using Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by SEO/SEM best practices
  • Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client’s monthly budgets
  • Report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Develop buyer personas and create campaigns based on the buyer's journey using audience insights and competitive analysis tools
  • Build projections and forecasting calculations as it pertains to incremental client growth
  • Interface with C-level client contacts on a regular basis independently
  • Manage the day-to-day team activities; project management and task prioritization, and campaign best practices and tools adoption
  • Manage a team of junior specialists
  • Organize and execute training sessions and individual learning paths for your team members
  • Effectively coach and mentor team members to improve overall team performance

ABOUT YOU 

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing and reporting on Paid Search & Social campaigns
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Extensive experience setting up Facebook Ads include pixel tracking and configuration
  • Strong knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics
  • Experience leading and mentoring direct reports
  • Strong presentation skills, creative, customer focused & action oriented
  • Critical thinker, relentless learner, winning can do attitude 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • High level leadership skills, with a focus on training and education
  • Communication and team performance coaching skills

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION 

  • Base Salary: USD $95,000.00 to $105,000.00; depending on experience and skills
  • Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
