Role Overview:

We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring needs in the spa and beauty industry. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to bring in top talent for our team.

This role is perfect for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys connecting with candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Job Type: Part-Time basis (Minimum of 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system
