Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, or Houston, TX, with Denver being the preferred location.
Medical x-ray installation experience is required.
This position is responsible for performing on-site installation, preventive maintenance, routine repair, and calibration of Konica Minolta Healthcare products and equipment, using established company guidelines. The Field Service Engineer will support customers in an assigned territory, ensuring optimal performance of our healthcare imaging solutions.
Perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of KMHA products and equipment.
Support KMHA sales, service, and management teams with technical expertise.
Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related issues.
Isolate and correct start-up malfunctions.
Train customer personnel in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
Prepare accurate daily logs and service reports.
Handle a variety of complex service situations.
Install and service CR/DR imaging products.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of DICOM standards.
Preferred experience in X-ray room construction or servicing portable X-ray equipment.
Proven experience with X-ray system installation and service.
Knowledge of CR/DR modalities and DICOM protocols.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a field-based role.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
