Robbins Recruiting has partnered with a leader in the roofing industry who is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Trainer to lead the training and development of our new and existing sales representatives across multiple locations. The Sales Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring our team is proficient in a standardized 10-step sales process and effectively utilizes our sales technology and software platforms. This individual will be responsible for establishing training capabilities in different regional hubs aligned with the Company's largest branches and MSAs. This leader will also be responsible for onboarding new hires, facilitating ongoing sales education, and coaching teams to maximize performance and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a structured training program to onboard new sales representatives, ensuring they can execute the Company's 10-step sales process.
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate and upskill sales teams on sales techniques, customer engagement, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Work closely with branch sales leadership to assess training needs and design customized learning experiences.
Provide hands-on coaching and role-playing exercises to reinforce key selling principles.
Train sales representatives on the effective use of CRM, lead management systems, and other sales enablement tools.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted development plans.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive strategies, and advancements in sales technology to continuously enhance training programs.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, offerings, and customer experience.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and high performance within the sales organization.
Travel as needed to various locations to deliver in-person training and support branch sales teams.
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales training experience in a B2C sales environment, preferably in the roofing or home services industry.
Proven track record of successfully training and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies, consultative selling, and closing techniques.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement technology.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
