What you will be doing

Build the roadmap: Develop a clear, fundable, and executable plan from pilot to commercial manufacturing.

Fund the mission: Lead fundraising across private capital and non-dilutive sources to scale production and market entry.

Secure DoD contracts: Build on the foundation we have set with the DoD to win their MPV or other scale up funding.

Lead like a founder: Operate with full strategic and operational ownership, backed by a world-class science.

What you must have

A serial entrepreneur who’s raised capital and built from zero to one.

Experienced in government contracting, especially with the DoD.

A strategic thinker and relentless doer—fluent in finance, operations, and impact.

Motivated by mission, not maintenance.
