We're looking for a passionate, highly skilled WordPress Developer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our digital ecosystem. You’ll be a key contributor in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical web experiences. This is an individual contributor role where deep technical expertise, initiative, and creative problem-solving are highly valued.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and build custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch to meet business requirements.
  • Optimize and maintain existing WordPress sites for security, speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Contribute across platforms—our websites, blogs, and mobile web channels.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that aligns with modern development standards.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement accessible and responsive front-end features.
  • Manage deployment workflows using CI/CD tools and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.


    • Requirements:
  • We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running with deep knowledge of the WordPress 
  • 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
  • Expert in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL.
  • Proven experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress core architecture, including hooks, filters, and the REST API.
  • Proficient in Gutenberg block development using React/JSX.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to debug complex issues across the full stack.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques (caching, CDNs, asset minification, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices in a WordPress context.
