About The Role
This is a hunter role and you will be the first dedicated Business Development Director in the business. It is ideal for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships from the ground up, and close high-value, consultative deals. You’ll be supported by the CEO and senior leadership team but success in this role depends on your ability to take initiative, build a pipeline, and work collaboratively to win.
Location: This is a full-time work from home position. However, our ideal candidate will be based in the Dublin Region.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new client acquisition, owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing the deal
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand needs and shape tailored BPO solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to create tailored solutions for potential clients
- Share insights from the market to help shape positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections
