Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our outbound lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at identifying high-potential leads through modern tools, strategic research, and cold outreach. You will play a critical role in filling the top of our sales funnel by uncovering new business opportunities, re-engaging dormant leads, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. Incentive: Easily double your base salary when goals are hit. Details will be discussed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , UpWork job board and Startup Company Look-Up Tool to identify target companies and individuals based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), industry, company size, and job title.
  • Leverage Apollo.io and Intelius Premier to retrieve key contact details including emails and phone numbers.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies using both traditional and unconventional lead sourcing methods, including a proprietary strategy informed by expertise in human mobility and new business formation.
  • Incorporate re-engagement strategies (inspired by models such as Enterprise Local) to revive past leads and inquiries, ensuring no opportunity goes cold.
  • Utilize insights from SalesforLife (social selling and social listening) to build rapport and trust with leads before outreach.
  • Apply Pipeline Signals and other intent data sources to identify prospects actively researching solutions, allowing for precision-targeted outreach.

Cold Calling & Appointment Setting:

  • Make daily outbound calls, email, and sms to prospects, introduce our company, and gauge interest through value-driven conversations.
  • Social Media, Groups, and Job board scraping
  • Personalize outreach messaging, follow-up sequences, and engagement efforts to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings directly into the calendars of sales team members.
  • Maintain clear, updated records of outreach activity, progress, and outcomes using CRM or tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to optimize scripts, processes, and lead qualification criteria.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales development, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , Seamless.ai and ideally Intelius Premier or similar contact research tools is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach and handle objections confidently.
  • Comfortable working with lead scoring models, ICPs, and intent data.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, attention to detail, and results-driven attitude.
  • Willing to undergo background checking

Salary:

Php 44,000.00 - Php 50,000.00 per month
