Job Description

As the Virtual Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing and managing new digital systems while handling essential business communications. Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize business email communications with a focus on efficiency and organization
  • Input and maintain accurate property information in our new property management software platform
  • Support general administrative operations with various task management
  • Help establish and improve administrative processes and workflows
  • Maintain organized digital documentation and records
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Assist with additional administrative projects as needed

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with email management and digital organization
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly
