2-3 years of bookkeeping experience with proven Xero proficiency, 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. .
Key responsibilities:
Manage daily bookkeeping operations in Xero, including accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting
Coordinate with tutors and clients using TutorCruncher platform
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tutors
Assist with record-keeping and follow up on outstanding tasks.
