About the Role:


We're looking for a media-savvy professional with strong analytical skills to lead and optimize our media campaigns across TV, radio, OOH, and more. In this role, you’ll manage contracts, oversee campaign execution, and use market analysis tools like KANTAR Ibope Media to track performance and refine strategies. You'll play a key part in aligning media initiatives with company goals, staying ahead of competitors, and driving maximum ROI.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage media contracts across multiple channels to ensure optimal exposure and value for the company (TV, radio, OOH,etc);
  • Control and monitor the operational process of media campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution and compliance with contract terms;
  • Execution of quarterly/monthly/weekly planning of integrations that align with the company’s goals and objectives;
  • Constantly analyze media performance using different tools such as KANTAR Ibope Media, optimizing strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness;
  • Conduct thorough research on competitors’ media investment strategies and provide insights to stay ahead in the market;
  • Develop and present strategic media proposals that align with the company’s marketing goals and budget considerations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align media strategies with overall marketing goals;
  • Drive continuous improvement in media planning and execution to achieve better ROI;
  • Prepare and present regular reports on media performance and market trends to key stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in media management, preferably within the betting/gambling industry;
  • Proven ability to build and manage effective media campaigns;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools like KANTAR Ibope Media for market analysis and strategic planning;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced).


Nice to have:


  • Knowledge regarding the Brazilian market or the CIS region.


Working conditions:


  • Remote work schedule: Monday to Friday
