Senior Salesforce QA Analyst


Location: Remote (Latin America)
Type: 1099 Contractor
Team: Engineering


About the Role

Greenbox Capital is looking for a detail-driven, analytical, and collaborative Senior Salesforce QA Analyst to help us ensure the quality, stability, and success of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will validate the functionality and user experience of complex Salesforce solutions that span multiple business areas.


You will partner closely with architects, engineers, product managers, and QA peers to create and execute test plans and test cases, identify and track defects, and help automate testing wherever possible. Responsibilities

  • Review business and technical requirements to ensure testability and clarity
  • Develop and document comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Identify, track, and manage defects using appropriate tools, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to test automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Salesforce DX
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and test coverage throughout the development lifecycle

 

Who You Will Work With

You will work closely with Salesforce Architects, Engineers, QA Analysts, Product Management, and Technology leadership. This role does not have direct reports but plays a critical role in maintaining quality across platforms and releases.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of QA experience, including 3+ years focused on Salesforce applications
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
  • Experience creating and executing test cases for enterprise-level platforms
  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit
  • Experience with Salesforce-specific testing tools (Provar, Salesforce DX) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus
  • Experience working in fintech, lending, or financial services is helpful

 

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in Agile development environments and using Azure DevOps
  • Strong time management skills and ability to deliver high-quality work in a remote setting
  • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving orientation
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as Microsoft Office or Confluence

  • Reliability: Delivery of complete and accurate QA coverage aligned to sprint commitments
  • Efficiency: Accuracy of estimation and effort allocation
  • Quality: Ratio of post-release defects to development and testing effort
