Your tasks

Leitung der mechanischen Fertigung und Montage
Einsatzplanung von Personal, Maschinen, Material und Betriebsmitteln nach den Kriterien der Wirtschaftlichkeit und der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
Sicherstellung des Produktionsprogramms und der Lieferfähigkeit der mechanischen Produkte
Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Fertigungsqualität und Qualitätszielen
Instandhaltungsarbeiten planen und betreuen
Ausbildung der Industriemechaniker und Mechatroniker

Your profile

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmacher oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Abschluss des Industriemeisters Metall sowie erfolgreich abgelegte AdA- Prüfung (Ausbildung der Ausbilder)
Erfahrung in sämtlichen Fertigungs- und Fügeverfahren
REFA-Kenntnisse und Organisationserfahrung im Bereich Fertigung
Erfahrung in den Bereichen Mitarbeiterführung, Mitarbeitermotivation, KVP-Prozesse, Qualitätsmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit und Unterweisung
Kundenorientierung, Team Management, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Führungsstärke
EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Project, PPS-Systeme und Planungssysteme
