We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – Deliver Transformative Mental Health Care Across California!

Location: Riverside, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits 

We are currently seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who is excited to deliver high-quality, client-centered therapy in a virtual environment. In this flexible remote position, you’ll provide mental health services via telehealth to a diverse client base across California — helping people grow, heal, and thrive from the comfort of their homes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct individual, couples, or group therapy sessions via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
  • Complete comprehensive intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that aligns with clients' unique backgrounds and identities.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians, case managers, or psychiatric providers as needed for continuity of care.
  • Attend clinical team meetings and participate in optional supervision and professional development programs.

Requirements

  • Active LPCC license in the state of California (required).
  • Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Must reside in California and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (more preferred).
  • Experience treating common diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Strong telehealth skills and comfort with digital platforms for scheduling, documentation, and virtual sessions.
  • Private, confidential space for conducting virtual therapy sessions.
