About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and supporting the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its smooth operation, and enabling process automation for IT service management (ITSM).

Work hours: US Business Hours

Work set-up: Remote


What you’ll do:

● Platform Administration:

○ Configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, catalog

○ items, and business rules.

○ Manage user roles, access control, and security settings.

○ Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.

○ Perform Quality Assurance checks for imports and user updates.

○ Provide Support for advance reporting features

● ServiceNow Development:

○ Develop and enhance custom applications, forms, workflows, and reports.

○ Create and manage UI policies, client scripts, and automation.

○ Implement integrations with third-party tools and applications.

○ ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/Other Modules:

○ Administer and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).

○ Manage IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and

other modules as needed.

● Troubleshooting and Support:

○ Provide technical support for ServiceNow users and resolve issues in a timely manner.

○ Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.

○ Process Improvement:

○ Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

○ Create and maintain documentation,
