Experience: Proven experience as a digital marketer, with a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, etc.). Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content management, social media marketing, and web analytics. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRM software. Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and content that resonates with the target audience. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics, turning insights into actionable marketing strategies. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy.

Core responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, email, search engines, and content marketing. Content Creation & Management: Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials to attract and retain target audiences. SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and campaigns for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. Social Media Marketing: Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, running ads, and engaging with followers to build a strong online presence. Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies, and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
