Warehouse Operator

About the Role:

mPrest is seeking a professional and organized Warehouse Operator to manage the daily operations of our technical warehouse. The position involves handling sensitive components, electronic equipment, and defense-related products.

Work is performed under strict information security protocols and includes close interaction with engineering, procurement, production, and logistics departments.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods according to procedures, and logging them into the system
• Issuing and returning items to/from the warehouse based on departmental requests
• Picking, packing, and preparing domestic and international shipments in accordance with security guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with quality control and safety procedures
• Updating inventory transactions and maintaining complete documentation in an ERP system (Priority experience – an advantage)
• Planning incoming and outgoing shipments, including coordination with international suppliers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical/industrial warehouse – required (experience in defense or aerospace industries – an advantage)
• Experience working with ERP systems – Priority is an advantage
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Valid driver’s license – required
• Basic technical English – required
• High level of personal responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience with Office software – especially Excel – is a strong advantage
