Core Mission:

At Komodor, the Director of Revenue Operations will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue processes and systems. This position is responsible for managing our business systems, overseeing contractors, and translating business requests into actionable requirements and processes. You will collaborate with global teams and manage cross-organizational processes to ensure that our revenue operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our strategic goals. You will be the driving force behind the operational excellence that fuels our growth, while also building and leading a high-performing revenue operations function within the company.

What will you do:

  • Oversee and manage Komodor’s business systems, ensuring they are effectively supporting revenue generation and operational efficiency.
  • Build and lead the revenue operations function, driving best practices and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Lead and manage a team of contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution and alignment with company objectives.
  • Translate business requests into clear requirements and processes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and streamline processes across different regions and departments.
  • Manage cross-organizational processes to enhance collaboration and communication between the GTM teams as well as other departments. 
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting within the go-to-market (GTM) organization and across the business, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations initiatives and report on progress to leadership.



Requirements

Who are you:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a related field, preferably in the B2B tech space.
  • Experienced with Salesforce - Must
  • Other experience in different ops tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, Common Room - a major plus!
  • Proven experience in managing business systems and processes, with a strong understanding of revenue generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, as well as manage contractors and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at problem-solving with a focus on operational excellence.
