Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Research Gen-Z trends including color, fabric, print and pattern, silhouette, and styling.
Assist in leading trend direction to ensure a distinctive and forward-thinking brand identity.
Prepare and present weekly trend reports to guide new monthly collections.
Stay current on fashion trends through competitive shopping, fashion services, industry contacts, blogs, street style, runway shows, and more.
Commercially interpret trends for the fast fashion consumer.
Collaborate with the design and production teams during product development.
Work closely with the Head of Trend and Design team to analyze past collections, market movements, target audience insights, and social media trends to maintain the brand’s relevance.
Understand the Gen Z customer—what they want in style, fit, fabric, and color.
Support the conceptualization and curation of trend stories and seasonal capsule collections.
Qualifications
Deep familiarity with all major social media platforms; ability to identify and analyze emerging cultural and fashion trends.
Degree in Fashion, Design, or Marketing preferred.
3–5 years of experience in trend analysis, fashion marketing, or social media.
Strong understanding of the Gen-Z lifestyle and relevant fashion brands.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Collaborative and communicative; thrives in cross-functional team settings.
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Confident presenter with excellent public speaking abilities.
Compensation
$80,000 – $120,000 DOE + benefits
