Job description

Salary: P550 - P650

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT (4 hours a day )

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Experience in a professional services firm is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems, including QuickBooks Online
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.

Nice to have:

CPA or CMA certification preferred.

What will you do?

Financial Reporting

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Internal Controls and Compliance

Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Coordinate and manage audits and liaise with external auditors.

Cash Management

Oversee cash flow planning and management.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.

Financial Analysis

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required.
