Job description

An international iGaming company with offices in multiple locations is looking for a Banking Relationship Manager to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is key to managing global banking partnerships and supporting efficient cash flow and compliance across the business.

The role is fully remote and offers a salary of up to €60K.

Role and Responsibilities

Act as the central point of contact for all banking relationships across the company's global network
Oversee the onboarding of new banking partners, ensuring smooth KYC processes, due diligence, and account creation
Manage a portfolio of international bank and investment accounts, handling multiple currencies and entities
Regularly monitor cash flows to ensure proper liquidity and manage risk efficiently
Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Legal departments to maintain up-to-date and compliant banking documentation
Assist the CFO in reviewing banking services, negotiating fees, and assessing banking performance for optimization
Ensure that all banking activities meet regulatory requirements and internal policies
Contribute to the development and enhancement of treasury policies, procedures, and reporting systems
Respond to banking-related inquiries from senior leadership and provide regular updates on banking activities
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure banking operations align with strategic business objectives

Education, Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or financial services setting
Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or Tech sectors is an advantage
High proficiency in English (C2 level or native)
Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus
In-depth knowledge of banking services, financial products, compliance requirements, and KYC protocols.
Proven experience in managing diverse banking relationships across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.
Training or certifications in banking, treasury or financial compliance is a plus
Strong expertise in managing cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial analysis
Experience with investment accounts and related documentation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing external banking relationships
Ability to multitask, remain organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative approach to working with various teams (Finance, Legal, Operations)
Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of financial systems or treasury management tools
