Job description

Your new role is to provide recruitment support to the client by recruiting, assigning, and managing candidates effectively. This is a fast-paced, high-demand environment and is ideal for hard workers and quick learners who are proactive and demonstrate initiative.

Purpose

As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Write and post job advertisements to attract potential candidates
  • Screen ad responses through telephone and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Onboard candidates via the clients CRM, including Bullhorn, by sending out electronic documents and following up on outstanding requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate records within Bullhorn and other CRM systems, guaranteeing that all information is accurate and up to date

As a Recruiter, your daily tasks may include:

  • Enter candidate data to ensure files are complete and accurate in Bullhorn and other systems
  • Conduct reference checks to verify candidate work history and gain potential leads
  • Draft candidate summaries following interviews to provide key insights to clients
  • Place candidates into rosters and job vacancies based on job specifications in Bullhorn
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and billing rates, sharing insights with the team
  • Collaborate with payroll, admin, and compliance teams to coordinate police checks, medicals, and other placement documentation
  • Identify and implement methods to streamline recruitment processes for greater efficiency
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling incoming calls, responding to email inquiries, and assisting with database maintenance
  • Keep the CRM system, particularly Bullhorn, updated with candidate and client interactions to ensure all records are well-documented and accessible

Required Attributes

  • You are well-versed in English, both written and verbal, and communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • You are resourceful and proactive, always seeking ways to improve recruitment processes and workflows.
  • You are technologically adept and highly trainable in new skills and software including Bullhorn.
  • You are driven to exceed targets and are committed to maintaining the highest standards in candidate sourcing and placement.
  • You are organized and manage your time effectively, handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • You perform your duties with minimal supervision and remain accountable for delivering results.
  • ·You have absolute respect for confidentiality and sensitivity and you have the flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the client or management.

Essential Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
  • At least 6 months of experience in international or global recruitment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Has experience using Bullhorn CRM for candidate management and data entry

Advantageous (Optional)

  • Experience in handling Australian accounts
  • Has a clear neutral accent
