Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Altamonte Springs, FL, USA, Eastern Time

About the Role:

The Indian American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) is urgently seeking a proactive and dynamic Memberships Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of the Chamber. This role is critical in supporting member engagement, coordinating events, managing sponsorships, and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain membership services and communications.
  • Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and build lasting relationships with community and business partners.
  • Design and distribute marketing collateral, including flyers and newsletters.
  • Organize, promote, and execute Chamber events from start to finish.
  • Enhance member engagement through effective communication and program delivery.
  • Utilize GrowthZone (preferred) or similar CRM platforms to streamline operations and member management.


Requirements
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with GrowthZone is highly desired.

  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with GrowthZone or similar member management systems is a strong plus.
  • Background in non-profit, chamber of commerce, or community organizations is preferred.
