Job description

Maintain compliance program libraries of documentation, to include policies, procedures, forms, guidance materials, meeting minutes, and other artifacts. Communicate compliance content updates to various groups within the company. This role will contribute to the creation, release, and completion tracking of compliance training modules.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintain compliance documentation libraries of policies, procedures, forms, and guidance materials.
  • Process compliance documentation changes and ensure adequacy, completeness, flow, and proper grammar.
  • Draft clear, concise and effective communication of updates to compliance documentation and other artifacts.
  • Post compliance content on company SharePoint
  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts on creation and maintenance of Compliance education modules.
  • Collaborate with various Learning and Education departments across the organization on the release of Compliance training modules.
  • Track and report on compliance training learning metrics. 
  • Document and communicate meeting minutes.
  • Assist with compiling Compliance status reports and quarterly committee reports.
  • Successfully interact with peers and supervisors within the TruBridge corporate environment.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
  • Aptitude for Content Design and Creation
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Teams).
  • Competence with Adobe Acrobat for document and form creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Competence with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Teams).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat for document and form creation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS
