Job description

We are looking for a Philippines-based freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our international HR team. This role is responsible for sourcing and hiring Sales Representatives across the United States for our Italy-based company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting, talent sourcing, and recruitment strategies, with proven expertise using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for remote Sales Representatives in the USA
Actively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other job platforms
Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Utilize ATS systems (Teamtailor experience is a strong plus) to efficiently track and manage candidates
Ensure weekly KPI targets for sourcing and interviewing are consistently met
Stay up to date with market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies

Requirements

Proficiency in using ATS platforms

Contract Details

Flexible work schedule - Freelancers are free to organize their own working hours as long as weekly/monthly targets are achieved
Work remotely from the Philippines
Performance-based compensation model, with payments for each approved candidate and the opportunity to earn up to a capped amount monthly based on results. Further details will be shared during the interview process.
