The QHSE Marine Team is looking for a passionate and driven QHSE Advisor & Coordinator to join us in Kasern. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and improving quality standards and processes, managing deviations, and collaborating with experts to advance our projects and quality initiatives. As a vital contributor to the success of the QHSE Marine Team, your expertise and structured approach will help us reach new levels of excellence. Your responsibilities
Support PLQM at product development by applying quality tools, managing deviations, and focusing on strategic quality management initiatives, as well as at FMEA processes and moderation
Contribute to strategic direction and participate in release decisions in the Marine development process
Define, optimize, and implement global quality management processes, while supporting in managing the Q-Circle and driving the performance of critical quality cases
Apply advanced quality management tools to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with standards throughout the Product Development Process (PDP) and product lifecycle
Leading strategic QHSE projects to fulfill the setup targets and milestones
Your Qualifications
Completed training in an economical or technical field, preferably with focus on quality management
Several years of professional experience in quality management, internal auditing, quality assurance and HSE, preferably in the industrial environment
Expertise in working with FMEA, APQP and/or PPAP; experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage
Strong communicator and team player, independence and proactivity
Fluent German and English skills; willingness to travel (25%)
