Position overview
Are you a technically-minded professional with a passion for solving problems and helping customers succeed? We’re looking for a technical support engineer to join our dynamic customer support team at GIS, based in North Cambridge.
In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering world-class technical support for our global customers, working hands-on with our full suite of cutting-edge products. You’ll take the lead in resolving technical queries, providing expert remote and in-house training on GIS systems, and collaborating with our engineering teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
